HOW CAN I PAY?
We only accept payment by credit or debit card. Only if you are one of our retailers you pay by invoice. Choose the credit card/debit card that you wish to pay with in the checkout and fill in the information you will be prompted for. No additional costs except for shipping fee will be added.
We accept cards from Visa and Mastercard.
As we use secure payments via Payson on baglady.se - online shopping is safe and secure. Your credit card will not be charged until your goods have been shipped. You will receive an order confirmation email after you placed your order.
Did the colour not match your expectations or was the size not right? If you regret your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition (hangtags must still be on the item) within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt. Please use the return form.
If the item(s) were damaged upon receipt please fill out the return form with the appropriate return code and send us the items in original condition (with hangtags) free of charge within 14 days of receipt. We will refund you as soon as we have received and examined your returned item.
For all cases of returns, please fill in the item(s) you want to return in the bag together with the completed return form. Send returns to:

Please note: We can only handle your return if you have purchased the items on www.baglady.se. If you have bought a Baglady item anywhere else, you must contact this specific shop. The item must be returned in its original packaging. All goods will be inspected upon return.
REFUND TIME FRAME
We will do our utmost to handle your return within 10 working days, counting from the day you sent the package.
A refund will be given to the credit or debit card you used when you purchased your order.
Upon receipt of your return, please allow up to 15 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. The refund time frame is largely dependant on your card issuer or your bank.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
The cost of shipping within Sweden is 29 SEK for orders up to 500 SEK. This is a flat fee, so it does not matter how much you buy for, the shipping fee stays the same. If you buy for more than 500 SEK delivery is free of charge.
SHIPPING - WHEN AND HOW WILL I GET MY ORDER?
We usually deliver your package within 2 - 4 work days.
We use Posten for all deliveries in Sweden.
